Last friday I had my interview with MOD. The interview took place in Holborn at 9 o'clock. Once I arrived in the building I was a quite nervous of such experience. At 9: 15 I meet the Chairmain he was a very welcome man, who explained me what the interview was all about and give me further tips for my performance. He also mention that the interviewers were also very nervous so the best thing was to relax and enjoy the experience. My interview started at 9:30, most of the questions were related with my application form, so I was a quite secure in what to say. I had good feedback from them they said I was able to understand and answer the questions quite well. However they said I had to improve in regards to leadership activities or experiences.
In addition they also asked me to come back to further interviews, they said with time and experience shyness will be overcome and further performance with improve positivelly.
In summary I left the building a quite pleased, I personally would like to come back and demostrate that I can do better in further opportunities.
